Charlie co-manages the Live Maine Team with her husband Jim. She has been a Realtor since 2005, and absolutely loves what she does! Her favorite part is the people! She really becomes involved in making her client’s real estate purchase or sale as smooth as possible. Charlie treats every situation as a new and exciting challenge. 

Along with loving her profession, Charlie is the mother of 4 boys, who she is so very proud of. They are all grown now with families of their own, and she has been blessed with 6 beautiful granddaughters and 4 handsome grandsons! Charlie grew up in the areas surrounding Dexter and Moosehead lake, making her quite the expert for local inquiries. She graduated high school from MCI in Pittsfield, where she played soccer on the first ever women's soccer team at that school!
